1. About this website and our role

These Terms of Service govern your use of the booking agency website infraflarex.com (the “Website”). We act as an agency that arranges (or helps arrange) booking and/or travel-related requests on your behalf. We are not always the provider of the underlying services (such as transport, lodging, tours, or other services). The identity of the actual seller/provider of the service and relevant contact/payment details are provided during the booking or inquiry process, so you can review them before ordering or booking.

2. Pre-contract consumer information and contract terms

Before you place an order or booking online, we provide consumer-facing pre-contract information and ensure that contract terms are available in an easy-to-find way before you confirm your booking or order.

This includes, where applicable, clear information about essential terms of the contract and how you can review them before you agree.

If the booking relates to tourism services offered or arranged through us, we disclose consumer-facing conditions for such tourism services, including details about the tour operator/tour agent and the required licensing information where applicable.

Pricing, availability, and confirmation status may depend on the underlying service providers and real-time inventory/operational conditions. While we aim to ensure accurate information, we do not control all external provider factors.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited based on the relevant facts and the role of an agency arranging services. Where a specific provider supplies the service, the provider’s terms may apply to the service performance.

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under Ukrainian law.
